These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Holy City Pergolas website, contact forms, messaging channels (including Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct), booking system, and services. By using any of these, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to submit false information, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt the service.

2. Messaging & automated replies

Messages sent through our contact form, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Direct may receive an automated reply pointing you to our contact form or booking page. A person from our team will follow up personally.

3. Estimates

All estimates are free and provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final project pricing is captured in a signed agreement before work begins.

4. Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates and may shift due to permitting, weather, or supply chain factors. We'll keep you informed throughout the build.

5. Materials & warranty

We use materials selected for the Carolina climate and warranted by the manufacturer. Workmanship and material warranties are detailed in your signed project agreement.

6. Payments

Payment schedule and accepted methods are set out in your project agreement. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, photography, and designs are owned by Holy City Pergolas or used with permission and may not be reused without written consent.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
