"From the moment we started talking to John we knew this was the company we would use. We had several other companies give us quotes and none of them as professional and understanding of what we wanted. We had built a privacy wall behind our hot tub that was the inspiration piece for this pergola. John saw what we wanted and went out of his way to create the perfect pergola for us. John was going to be on vacation during our build so he came out prior with his foreman and showed him exactly what we wanted so there would be no questions. When the build time came, the crew was very polite and professional. They cleaned up the whole area prior to leaving every day. I came home from work one day as they were putting up the rafters and the foreman, also John, was upset that they were 3/16th of an inch off. He made the guys figure out what was off and fix it.
