Data Deletion Instructions

Holy City Pergolas ("we") receives limited information when you message our Facebook Page or Instagram Business account through Meta's Messenger and Instagram Messaging platforms — including your public profile name, profile picture, Meta-scoped user ID, and the message content you send us. You can request that we delete this data (and any other personal information we hold about you) at any time.

How to request deletion

Send us a deletion request using any of the methods below:

• Email: info@holycitypergolas.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Phone: call 843-428-6800 and ask for a data deletion request.
• Mail: Holy City Pergolas, Mount Pleasant, SC.

Please include:

• The name and email/phone associated with your inquiries, and
• If your request relates to Facebook or Instagram messages, the Facebook or Instagram username you messaged us from.

What happens next

1. We confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
2. We delete the personal data we hold about you — including any Facebook/Instagram messages, contact form submissions, booking records, and lead notes — within 30 days.
3. We send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

We may retain a minimal record needed for legal, tax, or warranty obligations (for example, a signed contract for a completed project), as permitted by law. Anything retained will remain access-controlled and will not be used for marketing.

Removing our app from your Facebook account

You can also disconnect Holy City Pergolas from your Facebook account directly at any time:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find Holy City Pergolas in the list.
3. Click Remove.

Removing the app there stops future data sharing. To also delete data we already received, submit a deletion request above.
